Five Minute Friday: Red

Go
I have a very special red blanket... I call it my Frankie Blankie... My Grandma Frank crocheted it for me...

My Grandma is at my house right now taking care of my children and I since I had my wisdom teeth removed...
My floor has been cleaned... meals have been made... and I have been loved.

Red- My grandma's love for me... Crocheted into a cozy blanket... pumping through our hearts... passion from a maternal figure... unconditional and sacrificial...

  2. This is wonderful. What a lovely way to show love - by supporting and helping one another. I adore your blanket. I hope you heal quickly. Enjoy G'ma Frank! Thanks for sharing her with us this week.

  6. I'm dropping in from FMF--mostly because your 'goat's milk lattes' website caught my attention! My family raised goats when I was a kid (pun intended), and I have fond memories milking wars with my sister (see who can catch a sibling unaware with a stream of goat's milk whilst milking...). Those were the days! I'm glad your grandma is still around to help you out, and I hope you recover quickly from your surgery :).
